I have never met a person who had such passion and knowledge about a traditional Spanish dish. The experience was unique and of course the paella was delicious with super quality. I definitely recommend Albert's service and wish him all the best!

Fantastic paella. The vegetable one was spectacular and well-assorted. Incredible flavor and that was for 25 people. Well, the senyoret's exceeded all expectations. Super professional service, clean, polished and well-equipped. A 10!

What a success! We contacted Albert to prepare a paella for more than 20 people at Mas Corbella (Alcover) and we couldn't be more satisfied! Albert took care of everything and the paella (meat in our case) was excellent.

They cooked for 50 people at my partner's birthday party. Everyone said the paella was delicious and you could tell the ingredients were of high quality. The whole booking and management process was very easy, I highly recommend their service. They are very professional, attentive and punctual.
